Once we have a clean package, we submit it to the lenders most likely to approve your deal. We don't spray your application across 50 lenders. We pick two or three based on your profile and the loan type. Most lenders respond within a week with either a decline, a request for more information, or a term sheet.
When you get an approval, we walk you through the terms. You'll see the loan amount, interest rate, repayment schedule, collateral requirements, and any fees. We explain what's negotiable and what's not. If the terms don't work, we go back to the lender or pivot to a different capital source.
Closing timelines vary. SBA loans take 60 to 90 days. Equipment financing closes in two to three weeks. Working capital and lines of credit can fund in a week if your financials are current. We stay in touch through the entire process, answer questions, and push the lender when things stall.
After closing, you get the funds and start repayment according to the schedule. We stay available for future needs. Most of our clients come back when they're ready to expand again, because they know the process and trust the outcome.
